Share this trick with your family. At your next meal together, take turns remembering happy moments and share them with each other. Retell your memory like a movie. 

Studies are showing that simply remembering happy times has long-term, positive effects on mood. Plus, as an added bonus, sharing stories makes deeper connections. Our children love hearing our stories, especially the stories about when we were their age.
